Stewardship we are responsible with all our resources and opportunities.Job ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair HVAC equipment failures and comfort issuesServe as a mentor and trainer for service techniciansEnsure service calls are completed efficiently and professionallyCommunicate with the office and warehouse team for stock and warranty returnsPerform hands-on service calls and routine system inspections and ensure callback situations are resolvedSupport the overall profitability and efficiency of the service departmentMinimum 5 years of HVAC service experience. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to train and mentor technicians. EPA certification (NATE certification is a plus).
