Jr. AV Support Engineer

We’re hiring an Onsite AV Support Specialist in New York City Midtown to support a high-end enterprise client environment.Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with both IT support and AV systems, including conference room technologies such as Cisco, Polycom, Crestron, Teams, Zoom, and Webex.We’re looking for professionals with an enterprise background, strong client-facing communication skills, and the ability to provide white-glove support in fast-paced corporate environments. This role is fully onsite and best suited for someone polished, proactive, and experienced supporting executive-level users.Requirements & Qualifications• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in audiovisual systems support or a related field.• Working knowledge of Polycom conferencing systems (hardware and software).• Familiarity with Crestron Toolbox, control processors, and touch panel interfaces.• Understanding of networked AV systems, signal flow, and common troubleshooting tools.• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.• Ability to work onsite in NYC and occasionally travel to nearby client locations.Preferred (Not Required)• Crestron Certified Programmer or Technician certification.• Polycom Certified Specialist or similar training.• Experience with Cisco, Biamp, Q-SYS, or Shure DSP systems
