White-collar and bankruptcy chops are a bonus.What You'll DoHandle complex commercial litigation, white-collar criminal defense, and bankruptcy mattersOwn case files from initial pleadings through discovery, motion practice, and trial prepDraft motions, briefs, and legal memoranda that move the needle for clientsLead discovery, take and defend depositionsArgue motions and examine witnesses in courtCollaborate directly with partners and clients on litigation strategyWhat We're Looking For2–6 years of post-JD civil litigation experience at a law firm (required)Experience in white-collar defense or bankruptcy litigation is a strong plusComfort in a dynamic, trial-focused, lean-team environmentThe firm is open to sponsoring out-of-state attorneys and has covered bar prep, paid study leave, and relocation for the right hireIMPORTANT TO KNOWIn-office role (San Clemente HQ or Downtown LA/Little Tokyo). Catered lunches 3x/week. Lockstep base scale by class year.
