This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with a strong litigation foundation who is looking to grow within a collaborative environment handling a broad range of general civil litigation matters.The firm offers exposure to diverse practice areas, meaningful responsibility, and a clear path for professional and financial growth, all within a culture that values work-life balance.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, memoranda, and other legal documentsManage litigation matters from inception through trialConduct and defend depositions, attend mediations, and participate in settlement negotiationsProvide strategic legal advice to clients on pre-litigation and active litigation mattersCollaborate with expert witnesses and consultantsConduct legal research and analysis to support case strategyHandle additional assignments and special projects as neededQualificationsMinimum of 2+ years of litigation experience in California state courtsStrong legal writing, research, and analytical skillsAbility to manage cases independently while working effectively within a teamHighly motivated with a commitment to achieving excellent resultsStrong interpersonal and client communication skills
