This role manages complex, high-value regional or national accounts and focuses on strategic, multi-year growth opportunities. The position serves as a trusted advisor to customers while driving business development and mentoring less experienced sales team members.Primary ResponsibilitiesDrive revenue growth while maintaining and expanding existing customer accountsManage and develop relationships with complex regional or national accountsNegotiate pricing and margins using value-based selling strategiesIdentify, develop, and close new business opportunities within assigned territoryDeliver tailored value propositions that strengthen customer loyalty and retentionProvide industry insights and act as a strategic advisor to customersUtilize CRM tools and sales processes to manage pipeline, forecasting, and reportingEnsure compliance with EHS standards and internal policiesCollaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to support customer needsTrain and mentor junior sales team members and contribute to team successMinimum RequirementsBachelor’s degree in technical/mechanical field, marketing, chemistry, or related disciplineMinimum 5 years of relevant B2B sales experience, preferably in a related industryProven ability to manage complex sales cycles and large customer accountsStrong negotiation, communication, and presentation skillsDemonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales and profitability targetsValid driver’s license and willingness to travel based on territory needsAbility to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.Preferred RequirementsExperience with adhesive products, manufacturing, or related industrial marketsStrong knowledge of sales tools, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and value selling methodologiesExperience influencing senior-level stakeholders within customer organizationsDemonstrated ability to mentor or coach sales team membersDeep understanding of market trends, supply chain dynamics, and customer industriesPay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.The salary for this role is $78,000 - $100,000 plus commission.In addition to your salary, H.B.
