Territory Sales Manager- Pacific Northwest RegionTerritory Sales Manager- Pacific Northwest RegionWe’re Hiring: Territory Sales Manager (Pacific Northwest) Location: Remote – Must reside in OR, WA, ID, or AK Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 (Base + Uncapped Commission) Travel: 75–80% Overnight Travel About the Role: Midwestern Pet Foods is seeking a dynamic Territory Sales Manager to grow our premium pet food brands across the Pacific Northwest. If you’re a relationship-builder, strategic thinker, and ready to make an impact in a growing industry — we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Grow and manage accounts in your assigned territory Exceed sales targets with smart, creative strategies Develop deep knowledge of our products, market, and retailer needs Represent our brand professionally at events, trade shows, and in the field Build strong relationships with retailers and distributors What You Need: 3+ years in sales (pet industry experience a plus) Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset Comfortable with mobile tools and CRM platforms Ability to travel frequently and lift up to 50 lbs Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle Competitive base salary + uncapped commission 401(k) with company match Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid time off Health Savings Account (HSA) Employee discount on pet food Why Join Us?
