Work with field operations to ensure proper application of the enforcement policies, use of system and all related processes. Work with all internal and external resources that support the Citations program, including equipment vendors and IT resources. Coordinate with Accounting and Treasury departments as needed.Violation Daily ResponsibilitiesAdminister user access for multiple systemsWork with field managers to train and demonstrate enforcement software and supporting systemsTroubleshoot numerous internal systems for issues reported by field managersRecommend and direct software and program future enhancementsWork with internal and external IT departments to develop and enhance software systemsWork and respond to interdepartmental groups requests for information regarding the enforcement programRespond to field inquiries in a timely manner to ensure program "up time" and usageCreate SQL queries to support troubleshooting and reportingManage, order, configure, and deliver an inventory of enforcement equipmentManage and oversee various daily systematic and administrative processesWork with 3rd party vendors to maintain relationships and resolve issuesCreate and maintain program supporting documentationViolation Monthly ResponsibilitiesProvide Monthly / Quarterly or Ad Hoc reports to Executive ManagementReconcile payment filesOversee enforcement program audit processesKeep abreast of enforcement industry trendsReconcile monthly commission calculation and payment with collections partnerPay Rate: $25.00 per hourQualifications4 year college degree requiredSelf - motivated and resourcefulAdvanced Excel and WordBasic Microsoft SQL knowledgeAdvanced communication skills; verbal and writtenAnalytical and problem solving skillsStrong Customer Service skills; both internal and external customersBasic knowledge of accounting requirements (general ledger posting functions)Vendor management experience3 - 5 years of experience managing internal business processesAbility to comprehend interdepartmental dynamics, dependencies and impactSalary Range : $25.00 per hourBenefits : Eligible employees will participate in the various benefits plans including medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, long/short term disability, life insurance, accident insurance, 401k and paid time off.SP+ is an equal opportunity employer committed in policy and practice to recruit, hire, train, and promote, in all job classifications, without regard to race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, age, national origin, citizenship status, marital status, sexual orientation, veteran status, gender identity, disability or other classes protected by federal or state law.
