We are currently seeking highly motivated and skilled individuals to join our team and engage in exciting new opportunities with a growing company.Role DescriptionConsensus Solutions, LLC is looking for a Program Manager in a dual-hatted role to support a large Federal agency. with business operation and logistical support across multiple offices in a fast-paced environment. This includes leading a cross-functional team, provide strategic thinking, operational problem solving, and manage the day-to-day operations. This role is dependent upon contract award.Responsibilities Serve as the single point of accountability for all personnel, overseeing performance, quality control, staffing continuity, and workforce management across all program offices supported under the project.Oversee delivery of day-to-day business operations support across executive scheduling, administrative services, and human resources functions, ensuring all work meets established quality standards and service level agreements.Perform multiple tasks to include, but not limited to, executive scheduling and logistics, travel coordination, administrative (front office) operations, strategic communications, and process management and workflows.Ensure organizational and regulatory compliance, including adherence to federal acquisition regulations, records management requirements, Section 508 accessibility standards, and applicable federal policies.Perform and quality assure the development of reports based on robust analysis and synthesis of quantitative and qualitative data.Demonstrate forward thinking capabilities, identify risks/opportunities, and support the project team as we drive toward desired outcomes.Communicate effectively in written and oral formats to various situations and audiences.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, Operations, or a closely related field (required).7+ years of experience in program management, with at least 3 years managing multi-person teams in a federal government environment.5+ years supporting C-suite or Senior Executive Service (SES)-level executive operations, including complex scheduling, high-sensitivity communications, and VIP event logistics.Demonstrated technical capabilities and professional knowledge of the Department of Transportation, preferably the Federal Railroad Administration.Experience in self-organizing and directing all activities associated with assigned tasks. Strong communication skills – both written and verbal – with the ability to manage, facilitate, and lead meetings with senior executives.Strong attention to detail with the ability to review own work and the work of others for accuracy.Demonstrated leadership, analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills.Experience in task management; organizing, directing, and coordinating the planning and production of all activities associated with assigned tasks.Ability to provide exceptional client service, research and resolve issues, and demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning.Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment. Ability to adapt to changing priorities, solve complex problems creatively, and make informed decisions to address challenges.Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.Ability to pass a government clearance.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.Preferred Additional Skills:Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent program/project management certification.Familiarity with DOT IT systems: CASTLE, EDMS, DOT Learns, FRAnet, E2 Travel Solutions, PRISM, FPPS/WTTS, GSA Supply Order.Background in FOIA processing workflows.Familiarity with federal records management requirements.Experience managing onsite, 100% in-person teams in a federal headquarters environment.Consensus Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer with a strong commitment to supporting and retaining a diverse and talented workforce.
