Job Description About the Role: Pickleball is thriving in the Arizona sun and Golden Racket Academy is bringing it to the next level! We are a nationwide mobile academy seeking a talented, driven Pickleball Coach to bring premium 1-on-1 and small-group coaching to courts and client-chosen locations across the greater Phoenix area, from Ahwatukee and Avondale to Paradise Valley and everywhere in between.If you are tired of community centers taking a massive cut or chasing down your own leads on crowded public courts, this role is built for you. We serve premium clients who expect excellent coaching, clear communication, and a consistent experience. You set your schedule based on your availability and client demand.What You'll Do:Coach private and small-group pickleball lessons for mixed ages and skill levels.Provide individualized feedback on technique, movement, and strategy.Create simple, effective lesson plans tailored to each student's specific goals.Communicate promptly and professionally with clients regarding lesson logistics.What We Are Looking For:1+ years of coaching experience (pickleball or tennis coaching welcome).Professionalism, punctuality, and the ability to work independently.Reliable transportation to travel to local courts.
