Role: Quality ManagerLocation: Morgan, Utah, United StatesEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are hiring for one of our clients seeking a Quality Manager to lead quality assurance and control processes within a cement manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring products meet internal, customer, and regulatory standards, while driving continuous improvement in laboratory operations and quality systems.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure all products meet applicable internal, customer, and regulatory quality standards prior to releaseLead and maintain the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance and continuous improvementOversee testing, analysis, and reporting across all stages of productionManage laboratory operations, including staffing, training, and performance developmentEnsure accuracy, calibration, and reliability of laboratory and testing equipmentCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, materials, and product qualityAnalyze data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions for quality issuesInvestigate and resolve customer concerns related to product qualityMaintain proper documentation and certification processesPromote and enforce health, safety, and environmental policiesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Cement Technology, or a related field preferred5–10 years of experience in quality management within manufacturing or heavy industryExperience with Quality Management Systems and laboratory operationsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsEffective leadership, communication, and organizational abilitiesWork RequirementsAbility to perform essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodationAbility to work in an industrial and laboratory environmentWillingness to travel occasionally as requiredSafety Requirement:This role requires adherence to all safety protocols and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including respiratory protection where applicable.
