Lead Process EngineerVeolia is currently searching for an experienced engineer to support the production of water filtration membranes. The production of water purification membranes is a growing business which addresses the ever increasing need for water. We are looking for a highly motivated and technically strong mechanical, Industrial, or chemical engineer to support our membrane manufacturing facility. Come be a part of this exciting and growing technology!Responsibilities include coaching, mentoring, and developing process engineers on the team; providing engineering support for the operation of multiple production lines; owning the value stream(s) creation and updates; collaborating with various teams to meet goals; collecting and analyzing data to drive improvements; creating and updating documentation; driving process improvements; troubleshooting equipment/production issues; and leading in the ideation and roll out of capital projects.Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering and a minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing supply chain. Preferred qualifications include 5+ years of experience in manufacturing supply chain, experience with manufacturing of water filtration products, experience in process control, Green Belt Certification, strong organizational skills, and strong interpersonal and leadership skills.Why Veolia? The range is not an absolute, but a guide, and offers will be based on the individual candidate's knowledge, skills, experience, and market conditions, as well as internal peer equity. Depending upon all the preceding considerations for the final selected individual candidate, the offer may be lower or higher than the stated range: $103,000-125,000 USD.
