Live Trip Monitoring & Resolution: Proactively managing day-to-day Elite trip activity, including real-time problem solving for schedule changes, special requests, and vehicle readiness. Quality Control & Feedback Analysis: Reviewing rider and driver feedback to identify trends, resolve service gaps, and recommend improvements to the Elite standard.Must Have Skills:Educational & Professional Foundation: A BA/BS degree and at least 2+ years of experience in operations, analytical analysis, or process documentation. Communication & Composure: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, paired with the ability to remain calm and exercise strong judgment under pressure. Operational Flexibility: The ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and special activations, to support live operations.We’re looking for Elite Operations Specialists to ensure that every Elite ride runs seamlessly from start to finish. You’ll monitor daily operations, review rider and driver feedback, and collaborate with partners to make sure every trip meets the Elite standard. These roles are fast-paced, detail-oriented, and essential to scaling Uber’s next generation of premium service.
