Overview In this IVR Developer role you will work on Nuance-based IVR solutions and Java integrations to support client engagements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with clients to understand requirements and deliver robust voice-enabled experiences. You will address design and implementation challenges in speech IVR within a global delivery context.
