About the Position: As a Sr. Project Manager at BIG, you are responsible for the overall management, execution, and superior client communication on all projects assigned to you. You'll be the driving force behind delivering outstanding results, managing every detail, and ensuring that our high standards and procedures are met. Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Work with your Account Manager to define project scope, allocate resources, and ensure timely and quality results. Effective Communication: Maintain strong communication with clients, vendors, and team members. Provide regular updates and lead project meetings. Quality and Adaptability: Ensure projects meet high-quality standards, comply with ADA or property rules, and adapt to new challenges. Technical Proficiency: Utilize your knowledge of signage and software tools like CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator, and Microsoft Office. Problem Solving: Conduct site surveys, ensure safety compliance, and oversee installations. What You Bring: Experience: 5-7 years in project management within the architectural signage industry. Leadership: Proven track record of leading and motivating teams Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools and design software, such as Corel or Illustrator. Communication: Stellar verbal and written communication skills. Financial Savvy: Ability to manage a project to a budget. Risk Management: Ability to identify and mitigate risks. Why Join Us?
