We're committed to delivering projects that exceed expectations and create lasting impact.The Role:We're seeking an experienced Project Managers to lead data center construction projects from inception through final commissioning. You'll be responsible for delivering complex, mission-critical infrastructure projects on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires deep technical expertise in critical systems and the ability to orchestrate multiple workstreams while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.What You'll Do:Manage full project lifecycle for data center ground up construction projectsCoordinate complex MEP systems including critical power infrastructure (UPS, switchgear, backup generators) and advanced cooling systems (CRAC/CRAH, chilled water, direct expansion)Drive project planning through schedule, budget management, and financial forecastingBuild and maintain relationships with GCs, subcontractors and vendors ensuring scope alignmentEnforce safety, quality, and redundancy protocols (including N+1 and 2N configurations)Lead stakeholder meetings to communicate project status, identify risks, and present mitigation strategiesMonitor financial performance through cost-to-complete analysis and ongoing budget reconciliationCollaborate closely with field leadership to ensure alignment between design intent and construction executionOversee commissioning activities and compile comprehensive turnover documentation for mechanical and electrical systemsAnticipate project risks and implement proactive solutions to protect uptime commitmentsWhat You Bring:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline (or 5+ years equivalent hands-on experience)2-10 years managing large scale data center construction projectsTrack record of successfully delivering projects valued at $100M+In-depth knowledge of data center tier classifications (Tier I–IV) and reliability frameworksProficiency with tools including Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and Microsoft OfficeExceptional communication skills with a client-focused approachReady to Apply?If you're a mission-critical construction professional looking to make an impact with a respected industry leader, we want to hear from you urgently!
