The Business Office Manager will oversee and manage daily administrative operations, coordinate office functions, and ensure the effective use of office resources. Responsibilities include accounting, purchasing, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth communication within and outside the organization. Additionally, the role will require managing schedules, supporting the leadership team, and ensuring compliance with organizational and operational policies.Qualifications3+ years of office operations experience preferably in manufacturing environment 3+ years of experience in accounting or ERP software, reconciliation and ensure A/P and A/R up to dateStrong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with staff, clients, and leadershipPurchasing of products and services from vendors across the globeProficiency in administrative tasks and office administration, including managing schedules, records, and office operationsExperience in domestic and international shipping proceduresExperience with the use and maintenance of office equipmentExcellent customer service skills and the ability to address client inquiries professionallyOrganized, detail-oriented, and adept at multitaskingProficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management tools and equipmentAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plusWe offer competitive salary, benefit package including 401K with employer match.
