Senior Manager of Inside Sales
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Market Sales/Inside Sales - West.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of emerging business accounts through consultative selling and proactive relationship management
Build and lead a high-performing inside sales team with effective coaching and performance management
Establish foundational sales processes and operational disciplines for the new market sales function
Required Qualifications
5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in a B2B environment
Demonstrated success managing both direct accounts and sales teams simultaneously
Proven ability to build new functions or scale early-stage sales operations
Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales technology stack
Experience in logistics, supply chain, or cold storage industries is preferred
