Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a multi-year sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives
Own delivery of annual and long-term sales targets across all regions and channels
Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse sales leadership team and broader sales organization
Required Qualifications
12+ years in sales leadership roles, with at least 5 years leading large teams
Proven track record managing sales for businesses exceeding $1B in revenue
Experience in food manufacturing preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required; MBA preferred
Strong grasp of P&L management and strategic deal-making
