We're looking for a curious, detail-oriented Marketing Operations & Data Analytics Intern to help us improve the structure of our marketing engine. You'll get hands-on experience working with real campaign data, CRM systems, and lead management processes that directly impact how we engage customers and drive growth.If you enjoy spotting patterns, organizing information, and turning data into something meaningful—this role was made for you. This is an in-person role. Ideal candidate must live within the commutable distance from Irvine, CA office.ResponsibilitiesClean, organize, and maintain marketing and sales dataSupport CRM management (think lead tracking, segmentation, and optimization)Analyze campaign performance and identify trends and insightsBuild reports and dashboards that help teams make smarter decisionsAssist in improving lead flow and pipeline organizationPartner with marketing and sales teams to streamline processesYour Summer Project(s)You'll take ownership of projects that actually move the needle, such as:Auditing and improving CRM data structure and lead management workflowsBuilding a marketing performance dashboard from the ground upMining data to uncover new audience segments or growth opportunitiesHelping optimize how leads move through the funnelWhat You'll LearnBy the end of the summer, you'll walk away with:Real-world experience in marketing operations and strategyHands-on exposure to CRM systems and lead lifecycle managementData analysis and reporting skills you can take anywhereExperience working cross-functionally with sales and marketing teamsAn understanding of how data drives business decisionsWhat We're Looking ForYou don't need to know everything—but you should be excited to learn:Strong attention to detail (you notice the small stuff)Analytical mindset and problem-solving skillsComfort working with data (Excel required; CRM tools a plus)Organized, proactive, and dependableClear communicator and team playerPay rate: $18/hr.Type of EmploymentStudent (Fixed Term)Posting End Date2026-08-31Certain roles at Axis require background checks, which means applicable verifications will be done in these recruitments.
