Healthcare Construction Superintendent

A highly respected, award-winning general contractor-consistently recognized as a ‘Best Place to Work’ is seeking a talented Healthcare Focused Superintendent to join its dynamic team. This role would be based out of their South Florida office and cover healthcare projects throughout. Additionally has a vast commercial & light industrial portfolio. Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all daily operations at assigned construction sites, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budgetLead, mentor, and manage field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, fostering a positive and productive work environmentCoordinate material deliveries, equipment logistics, and site inspections to maintain project momentum and quality standards.QualificationsMinimum 5 years of superintendent experience preferably with mid-scale commercial new builds and renovations - $1M-$15M+Experience with Healthcare projects preferred: Occupied Spaces, Imaging Centers, ASC, FSEDProficiency in construction management software (such as Bluebeam, Procore, or similar)Willingness to travel within FL as project needs dictate.Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred; relevant certifications are a plusCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary, per diem, annual bonus, project bonus, and profit sharing.Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.Opportunities for career advancement in a supportive, high-performing team environment.If you are a driven superintendent ready to take on challenging, high-profile projects with a company that values your expertise and supports your career growth, please submit your resume or email celia@sl-recruit.com
