A company is looking for a Lead Instructor: Aerospace Technician to deliver high-quality virtual instruction and drive exceptional learning outcomes. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and lead virtual classroom sessions for diverse groups of Fellows, ranging from 200 to 8,000+ Collaborate with operations personnel to ensure smooth program delivery and assist in lesson design and improvement Maintain engagement and manage class dynamics during online lectures, ensuring timely delivery of contentRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience in aerospace, advanced manufacturing, or related technical environments Familiarity with technician-level skills in aerospace roles, including blueprint reading and precision measurement Experience with safety and quality standards such as OSHA and 5S Experience teaching, training, or mentoring adult learners in technical subjects Ability to deliver engaging instruction in a live, virtual environment at scale
