Key ResponsibilitiesTeach synchronous online courses and organize instruction to maximize student engagement Maintain current certifications and demonstrate mastery of subject matter while connecting it with related fields Design and update course materials, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and instructional qualityRequired QualificationsCertification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) Minimum of one year of experience in a training setting, preferably with IT certification bootcamps Experience in curriculum development and instructional design for IT certification bootcamps Familiarity with online teaching platforms and training tools Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
