Identifies trends, discrepancies, and variances to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of operations. May partner with other departments, divisions, outside agencies, and vendors to address business issues. Exercises various latitudes of independent judgment. May administer or provide high-level support for various projects, grants, contracts, implementation of procedures, and/or any specialized functions. Assists with orientation, training, or providing task guidance of junior team members. Provides strategic analysis.Job Responsibilities Perform job responsibilities with minimal supervision Extract primary data from Oracle Database with the use of SQL Interpret data analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports Provide timely and accurate data to fulfill internal and external data requests Identify compile and ‘clean’ data for research projects Identify analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets Oversee evaluation and research projects Communicate the evaluation plan and its details to leadership and stakeholders Collaborate with external research partners to ensure understanding of data points and data sets Develop and monitor internal and external data requests Manage summarize and analyze quantitative and/or qualitative data Summarize and explain research findings and their implications Prepare findings for publication Develop review and abstract published research Produce data visualization dashboards with Tableau**Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.****Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client’s business needs and requirements.**BenefitsFor information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here.
