Pay:$30 - $45 per hour, depending on experience.Contract:Zero-hours contract, work is client-driven and offered as projects come in.Structure: • Flexible, part-time collaboration • Hours vary based on active client work • Opportunity for ongoing work, increased rates, and profit-share as the agency growsI’m building an AI-focused agency that helps small and medium-sized businesses automate operations, improve decision-making, and deploy practical AI tools that actually get used.I handle: - business strategy & client relationships - ideation and product direction - building smaller tools, workflows, and MVPsI’m looking for a technical partner / senior developer type who can: - build or co-build more complex systems - guide architecture decisions - help turn ideas into scalable, reliable toolsThis is not a typical employee role.
