Influencer Marketing Specialist

Role OverviewWe are hiring an Influencer Marketing Specialist to support end-to-end creator partnerships and campaign execution.This is a hands-on role for someone who has worked fully in influencer marketing (not as a secondary responsibility) and understands how to manage creators, coordinate campaigns, and drive performance.You will be responsible for supporting creator sourcing, campaign execution, communication, and performance tracking across multiple partnerships.The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple campaigns running simultaneously.Salary: $1,700 – $1,900 USD per monthType: Full-timeKey ResponsibilitiesManage influencer and creator partnerships from outreach through executionSupport creator sourcing, vetting, and onboarding processesCoordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and communication with creatorsTrack campaign performance, content delivery, and creator outputMaintain organized records of campaigns, creators, and performance dataCollaborate with internal teams on campaign strategy and executionEnsure campaigns are delivered on time and meet quality expectationsMonitor creator communication and follow up to ensure deliverables are completedSupport reporting on campaign performance and insightsAssist in identifying high-performing creators and partnership opportunitiesRequirementsResume in English.Native or near-native English proficiency (spoken and written).At least 1+ year of full-time, dedicated experience in influencer marketing or creator management is a must.Experience managing influencer campaigns end-to-end (not as a secondary responsibility)Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and creatorsExperience using tools such as Google Sheets, Notion, CRM systems, or project management platformsStrong communication skills for managing creator relationships and internal coordinationAbility to track deliverables, timelines, and campaign performanceProactive mindset with strong follow-up and execution discipline
