Senior Dynamics Developer

Overview In this Senior CRM Developer role, you will enhance and operate a Microsoft Dynamics CRM system and customer portal, driving new technology and functionality. You will work in an Agile Scrum environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver user stories and ensure quality criteria. You will mentor peers and leverage AI features in Dynamics to support call center and customer service workflows. This mostly remote position offers a chance to shape CRM solutions at scale while supporting production operations.
