Physical TherapistLocations: Philip, SDDuration: 13 Weeks with extensionShifts: Days Shift 40 hours per weekPay: $3,086/weekResponsibilitiesEvaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients across multiple care settings including outpatient, inpatient swing bed, assisted living, and long-term care/skilled nursingProvide physical therapy services to patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neurologic conditions, and complex medical diagnosesImplement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and functional independenceMonitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomesEducate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy programs, safety techniques, and home exercise plansMaintain accurate and timely documentation in the EPIC electronic medical record systemRequirementsActive South Dakota Physical Therapist LicenseMinimum 2 Years of PT Experience (Clinical rotations do not count)BLS Certification RequiredExperience in LTC / Skilled Nursing preferredExperience with long-term recovery therapy preferred
