We are a fast-growing SaaS company delivering mission-critical technology solutions to K-12 school districts.We are hiring a Senior Sales Executive based in California to lead new district acquisition and expansion across the Western region.This is a high-impact territory with existing momentum. The role includes:Active pipeline opportunitiesExisting district customers and reference accountsEstablished champions within the regionPresales engineering support when neededWe are looking for a highly motivated enterprise seller who understands the K-12 ecosystem, has relationships within school districts, and can run disciplined sales cycles using MEDDICC methodologyThe right candidate will take ownership of the territory, build on the existing footprint, and drive predictable growth across the Western U.S.What You'll DoOwn and Grow the TerritoryDrive new logo acquisition and expansion across California, Nevada, Washington, and ArizonaDevelop and execute a strategic territory plan targeting school districts and education leadersBuild trusted relationships with Superintendents, CIO/CTOs, Directors of Technology, and Operations/Safety leadersLeverage Existing Market MomentumBuild on existing pipeline opportunities already active in the territoryExpand relationships within districts where we already have customers and championsUse reference accounts and success stories to accelerate new district adoptionRun Enterprise Sales CyclesManage complex, multi-stakeholder deals using MEDDICC methodologyLead discovery, demonstrations, stakeholder alignment, and executive presentationsNavigate district procurement processes, RFPs, and cooperative purchasing vehiclesPartner Across the OrganizationWork closely with Presales Engineers for technical validation and solution designCollaborate with marketing and leadership on demand generation and pipeline developmentPartner with customer success teams to identify expansion opportunitiesWhat We're Looking ForRequired7+ years of enterprise or SaaS sales experienceProven success in selling technology solutions into K-12 school districtsExisting relationships within the California K-12 ecosystemExperience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise dealsFamiliarity with California K-12 buying cycles and procurement structuresExperience using MEDDICC or similar enterprise sales methodologyPreferredExperience selling SaaS, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, or safety solutionsTrack record of selling into large or multi-district education systemsExperience owning and scaling a multi-state territoryExperience utilizing CRM as a system of recordWho You AreA self-starter who thrives in high-ownership environmentsHighly motivated with a strong track record of exceeding quotaStrategic and disciplined in enterprise sales executionComfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environmentPassionate about improving outcomes for schools and studentsDetail-oriented, hyper-focused on building trust-based relationships$250,000 - $330,000 a yearOTE, UncappedJ-18808-Ljbffr
