Business AnalystContract: 6-12 MonthsREMOTE: 100%NO C2C Candidates!!!Requirements:Considerable work-related experience in an IT environment - 5 YearsConsiderable work-related knowledge and experience with Change and Release Management methodologies using version control - 5 YearsConsiderable work-related knowledge and experience with the Systems Development Life Cycle - 5 YearsExperience with data entry and work order processing - 5 YearsExperience with tracking and reporting; controlling processes; and managing workflow - 5 YearsMust have excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills with internal and external customers - 5 YearsExperience in healthcare is a big plus (Highly desired)Responsibilities: Support Design, Development and Implementation (DDI) Project(s) within the Change Management department.This resource must know common IT verbiage such as design docs, test plans, and work plans.This is NOT an Admin role!Be able to process new requests for deliverables and design docs that come through in a timely manner.These deliverables must be processed, logged in and pushed to SMEs & to PMs for next steps.Work directly with Vendors (that provide the modules/products) that make up the Medicaid Enterprise System (MES).Along with DDI deliverables, they will be responsible for processing MES O&M requests/deliverables.Must be professional with strong analytical and people management skills.Collaborate with Project Team members, management, SMEs, and vendors to ensure alignment with key cross-functional project request/deliverable activities.Align with the Project Management Office the change management work streams and related activities.Work closely with program/project management to ensure smooth transition and awareness of release prior to deployment.Complete change management requirements/tasks.Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities.Develops strong, credible relationships with all stakeholders.Serve as key central IT point of contact with Change Management team.Ensure project deliverable documents are stored and maintained in project folders.Act as the program librarian to ensure that all program/project documentation is filed and versioned correctly.Serve as a key resource for project reporting and coordination.Participate in all stages of the Project(s) Systems Development Life cycle.TECHEAD's mission is to make our on-site associates successful by placing them in the right environment so they can grow and prosper.
