This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance to ensure safe, efficient operations with minimal downtime. The role also contributes to equipment upgrades and continuous improvement efforts.What We OfferCompetitive payComprehensive benefits packagePaid time offKey ResponsibilitiesElectrical Maintenance & TroubleshootingMaintain and repair electrical systems, including motors, PLCs, HMIs, sensors, encoders, and control systemsTroubleshoot and resolve issues in high-speed manufacturing equipmentWork with 380VAC and 24VDC systems, including VFDs, servo drives, and electro-mechanical controlsSafety & ComplianceFollow OSHA, NEC, and company safety standardsPerform arc flash assessments and adhere to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) proceduresMaintain accurate maintenance and inspection recordsCollaboration & Continuous ImprovementWork closely with maintenance, engineering, and production teamsIdentify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtimeAssist with installation and startup of new equipmentHelp manage electrical spare parts inventoryQualificationsExperience3–5+ years of industrial electrical maintenance experience (high-speed manufacturing or packaging preferred)Hands-on experience with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and servo systems (Siemens or Allen-Bradley preferred)Familiarity with industrial communication networks such as Profibus or Profinet is a plusTechnical SkillsStrong troubleshooting skills with motor controls, drives, and sensorsAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics and ladder logicWorking knowledge of instrumentation (pressure, level, temperature)Soft SkillsDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilityTeam-focused and collaborativeClear communication and documentation skillsPreferred CredentialsLicensed Electrician (Journeyman or Master)OSHA 30, NFPA 70E, or similar certificationsEducationDiploma or associate degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Electricity, or a related fieldApprenticeship or equivalent hands-on training preferredCan-One USA is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers all qualified applicants without regard to protected characteristics.
