The ideal candidate can solve problems in dispatching, scheduling, and assigning work assignments to field team for maximum optimization. Work with staff in gathering, verifying, and processing documentation, and relies on moderate to extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned tasks. The ideal candidate for this role will have the ability to leverage technology to enhance the communication and operational efficiency of the service branch.Key ResponsibilitiesSchedule and dispatch technician daily work orders for repairs while ensuring the scope of work and time requirements are well communicatedManage prioritization of repairs while optimizing technician-assigned routes to align with job requirementsPartner with Service Manager & Service Operations Lead to prepare bi-weekly technician scheduleAssist with the management and recording of non-productive technician timeProactively distribute work orders for jobs daily Adhere to scheduling guidelines and work order priority to load the scheduleAssist with the management and recording of non-productive technician timeAssist in general office administration, answering phones, receiving and distributing of mail, receiving parts, etc.Other duties as assignedRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED.Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.At least 1 year of workforce scheduling experience.At least 1 year of experience providing customer support via phone and email.Preferred QualificationsExperience in the HVAC industryExperience with scheduling field service techniciansExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyExperience with Microsoft OfficeExperience with SAPExperience with Salesforce, SAP, or similar CRMPay RangeThe annual salary for this position is between $53,000.00 - $106,000.00 annually.
