Insurance Defense Attorney (3-12+ Years’)

We are seeking 3-12+ year Insurance Defense Attorney for our Dallas office. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction defect, bodily injury defense, and other insurance defense matters. Key Responsibilities:Draft motions and/or conduct depositions, oral arguments, and hearingsNegotiate settlements and manage client reportingIndependently handle appearances and assignments with minimal supervisionHandle civil case through trialQualifications:Must be licensed to practice law in Texas (additional state licensure is a plus)3-12+ years of experience in Insurance Defense (Preferred)Experience in construction defect, bodily injury defense, and other insurance defense matters.
