ApplyJob TypeFull-timeDescriptionThe Legal Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and legal support to attorneys and other legal staff. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced legal environment. A Legal Assistant typically support three or more or Attorneys.Primary Job Duties:Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and reportsManage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangementsFile legal documents with courts and administrative agencies (electronically and manually)Maintain and organize client files, both physical and electronicAssist with time entry, billing, and expense reportingCommunicate professionally with clients, courts, and internal staffConduct basic legal research and compile information as neededSupport case preparation including document production, discovery, and trial preparationPerform other administrative duties as assignedKey Competencies:Communicating - Legal Professionals provide the information required by others in a concise, direct, and unambiguous way.
