Investigate discrepancies and report findings to management.Expense Reporting: Prepare and analyze expense reports to provide insights into spending patterns and trends.Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all financial activities adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate and organized financial records.Communication: Liaise with various departments to clarify transaction details and resolve any discrepancies.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a similar role.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail.Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.Experience with financial audit processes and internal controls.Knowledge of corporate credit card management and expense policies.Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
