Software Engineer, Data & Observability Platforms — MTS/SMTS

Overview In this role you build and scale platform capabilities for Employee Success and Finance systems, contributing to a data-driven, observable, and AI-enhanced operations platform. You’ll work within a cross-functional team to deliver reliable data pipelines, governance, and telemetry that support analytics and AI use cases. This position offers growth from hands-on contributor (MTS) to technical leadership (SMTS) with impact on architecture and cross-team collaboration.
