Team Manager - IT Applications

We are seeking a motivated, team-oriented Technical Program Manager to oversee critical IT applications within the Service Technical IT Applications unit. this role involves providing delivery, technical leadership, and guiding multiple projects, including business transformation initiatives utilizing modern technology and SaaS platforms, often collaborating with global teams.Responsibilities include: leading strategy, building high-performing teams, managing project goals, designing technical solutions, and promoting IT capabilities through relationship building.Key duties: supporting business application needs, fostering team development, ensuring project delivery within scope, budget, and quality, providing architecture oversight, and leading technical workstreams.Qualifications and skills: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/Computer Science, 8+ years in IT, 5+ years in leadership, vendor management, and project delivery experience, strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with architectural modeling and governance practices. Experience in vendor contracts, data privacy, and leading software development teams is essential.Workstyle: onsite at least 4 days/week with an option for remote work with approval.
