Senior AccountantLocation: Atlanta, GA (Onsite)Compensation: $80,000-90,000 baseSchedule: Full-Time | OnsiteERP: Sage Intacct (current) | SAP exposure preferredJob SummaryWe are partnering with a growing, multi-entity organization in the parking and transportation services space to identify a Senior Accountant to join their Atlanta-based accounting team. This role is highly hands-on and plays a critical part in maintaining accurate financials across multiple properties and business units.The Senior Accountant will support day-to-day accounting operations, lead close activities, and partner closely with the Accounting Manager/Controller to ensure timely, accurate reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys process improvement, and wants exposure to both operational and system-level accounting initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliationsPerform balance sheet and account reconciliations across multiple entities and propertiesPrepare and review monthly financial statementsAnalyze P&L trends, variances, and key operational driversSupport budgeting and forecasting effortsAssist with year-end close, audits, and tax-related requestsCollaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Payroll, and Billing teamsIdentify opportunities to improve accounting processes, controls, and efficienciesSupport ERP-related initiatives, including system enhancements or conversionsEnsure GAAP compliance and adherence to internal accounting policiesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance5+ years of progressive accounting experienceStrong understanding of GAAP and general ledger accountingAdvanced Excel skills and comfort working with large data setsExperience working in a multi-entity or multi-location environmentAbility to work onsite and collaborate closely with leadershipMust HaveTime and task management skills with the ability to handle competing prioritiesStrong general ledger and financial statement experienceHigh attention to detail and accuracyExposure to SAPExperience working closely with Accounting Managers or ControllersComfort operating in a fast-paced, operationally driven businessNice to HaveExperience with Sage IntacctExperience supporting ERP implementations or system transitionsBackground in service-based, property-based, or operational accounting environmentsCulture & Team EnvironmentFast-paced and collaborativeStrong communication and cross-functional interactionHands-on leadership styleFriendly, team-oriented cultureEmphasis on accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement#ZR #IND2
