The position pays highly competitive salaries, bonuses, 401K matching, an exciting chance to move up, and much more!ResponsibilitiesDrive the full supply chain ecosystem—from supplier buying and production planning to warehousing, material handling, and shipping.Own and execute site-wide physical inventories and implement strategies to reduce WIP aging.Lead, coach, and develop a team of sub-managers to meet KPIs and customer SLAs.Requirements6+ years in high-volume materials/inventory control along with 4+ years of management experience.Early career experience as a Buyer or Planner, combined with strong grounding in general warehousing and logistics.Advanced Excel skills and strong data analysis. Oracle ERP experience, Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, or an APICS/CPIM certification.
