Job Description We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to become an integral part of our team! You will compile data, compute charges, and prepare invoices. Responsibilities: * Calculate/organize invoices * Track income and expenses * Send statements to tenants and clients * Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards * Communicate with tenants * Perform all other office tasks Qualifications: * Previous experience in billing, finance, or other related fields * Experience with Quickbooks or other accounting software * Knowledge of standard accounting procedures * Ability to prioritize and multitask * Ability to self-direct work and self-motivate Company Description Successful Real Estate and Property management firm based in Lafayette Indiana using a professional team approach to serving clients and customers.
