You’ll work closely with our Solutions Specialists and dealer partners, playing a critical role in both design development and sales support.This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to build a well-rounded career in commercial interiors—gaining exposure to the full project lifecycle while growing both design and business acumen.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign Support (Primary Focus – KI & Core Lines)• Lead and support space planning, layouts, and design development• Partner with A&D firms and end users to understand needs and translate them into thoughtful, functional solutions• Prepare drawings, specifications, and presentations using CET (training provided)• Support projects across K-12, Higher Education, and other market segments• Ensure all solutions align with client goals, budgets, and manufacturer guidelinesSales Support & Project Coordination• Attend client meetings, providing design insight that strengthens the sales process• Assist in presenting concepts, options, and solutions to stakeholders• Support project flow from specification → quote → order → installation• Coordinate with dealer partners on pricing, product details, and lead times• Maintain organized documentation, proposals, and follow-ups to keep projects movingClient & Partner Engagement• Build relationships with the A&D community, dealer partners, and end users• Support showroom tours, presentations, and client workshops• Serve as a resource across Cor Group’s full manufacturer portfolioTeam Collaboration & Growth• Act as a key contributor to the Cor Group team and culture• Support internal initiatives, events, and marketing efforts• Continuously build knowledge of products, trends, and client needs• Bring a proactive, team-first mindset—jumping in wherever neededWhat Success Looks Like• Projects are organized, accurate, and executed seamlessly• Sales team is well-supported, enabling stronger conversion and client experience• High-quality design output and attention to detail• Strong, positive relationships with clients and partners• Ongoing growth in design capability, product knowledge, and confidenceQualifications• Background in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field• CET experience or willingness to learn – training will be provided.• Strong understanding of space planning and client-centered design• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously• Passion for design, collaboration, and client service• Experience with CAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools is a plusAdditional Requirements• Ability to lift, move, and transport product samples and demo materials (up to 30 lbs) as part of regular client engagement• Must have a reliable personal vehicle for regional travel• Willingness to travel throughout the Pacific Northwest as needed• Occasional air travel to more remote areas will be arranged as neededCompensation & Support• Salary based on experience• Business-related expenses are covered, including travel and mileage• Opportunity to work directly with clients, gaining hands-on experience across design and sales• High visibility within a small, collaborative team where your contributions matterWhy Join Cor Group• Be part of a close-knit, high-impact team• Work with industry-leading manufacturers on meaningful projects• Gain exposure to both design and sales, building a versatile career path• Engage directly with A&D firms, clients, and dealer partners• Grow within a company that values initiative, curiosity, and relationshipsLet’s Build Something MeaningfulIf you’re passionate about design, energized by collaboration, and ready to play a key role in bringing projects to life—we’d love to hear from you.Apply by sending your resume and portfolio (if available) to: Shirley Aldaba, shirley@cor.group
