Responsibilities:Design, synthesize, and optimize FNLC materials for reflective e-paper displaysOptimize bistability, reflectivity, response speed, temperature stability, and driving voltageEstablish structure–property relationships; perform POM, DSC, dielectric, and electro-optical characterizationDrive FNLC integration into e-paper devices – solve stability, driving, and reliability issuesCollaborate with device, process, driving, and optical teams for iteration and engineering validationTrack frontiers; contribute to technology roadmap and IP strategyRequirements:PhD in Physics, Materials, Chemistry, Polymer Science, Optical Engineering, or LC/display fieldProven FNLC R&D background – independently designed/developed FNLC material systemsStrong organic synthesis skills (NMR, HPLC, LC-MS)Expertise in LC phase behavior, dielectric properties, and electro-optical measurementsDeep understanding of FNLC polarization, alignment control, bistability, and reflective e-paper driving principlesFirst/core author publication in FNLC or related fieldPlus:Overseas R&D or world-class ferroelectric LC lab experienceMolecular simulation / DFT / multi-scale modelingIndustrialization or device-conversion experienceRelocation (included):Full relocation support from your current location to Jiaxing, China – including visa, flight, housing assistance, and settling-in support.
