Business Development (Part-time contract)
POWER Sales & Strategy is seeking a highly connected, relationship-driven business development professional to help create strategic introductions and open doors within the insurance brokerage and/or 3PL industries.This is not a traditional inside sales role.There are no auto-dialers, no scripted outreach expectations, and no pressure to make hundreds of cold calls each week. In fact, the strongest candidates may rarely “cold call” at all. This opportunity is designed for someone who understands how business really gets done — through trust, reputation, relationships, credibility, timing, and meaningful conversations.We are looking for someone who can hear and understand our Ideal Client Profile (ICP), internalize it quickly, and independently create qualified first conversations with executive-level decision makers. The ability to generate opportunities without being handed lists, sequences, or heavy infrastructure is essential.The ideal person is naturally resourceful and highly connected.You may already know senior leaders across insurance brokerage firms, carriers, employee benefits organizations, risk management firms, supply chain organizations, or Fortune 1000 companies. You may be someone who has spent years building trusted relationships and now enjoys connecting good people with good opportunities.
