Inside Sales Representative
What you will doSoftware sales and customer expansionManage and grow software subscription renewals for an assigned customer base Proactively engage customers to drive renewals and expansion sales opportunities Follow up on renewal opportunities to close business and meet revenue targets Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline updates in CRMEnsure compliance with company sales processes, documentation, and policies Sales team and channel supportPartner closely with sales managers and account executives to support direct sales activities Conduct outbound calls and email campaigns in support of marketing and sales initiatives Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in CRM systems Support reseller and partner channels as needed Coordinate with technical support and engineering teams to ensure timely support resolution Your profileBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field 1 or more years of experience in inside sales, sales support, or customer-facing roles Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar) Excellent customer service mindset with strong attention to detail Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities Positive, energetic attitude with a collaborative, team-oriented approach Additional informationRelocation assistance and visa sponsorship are not available Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer (EEO/AA) Location and type of contractPlymouth, USA Hybrid Full-time Associate
