Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Professional role for Acura located in Portsmouth, NH. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with customers, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of automotive products and services, and achieving sales goals by providing a superior customer experience. The Sales Professional will assist clients in finding the right vehicle to meet their needs, facilitate financing options, and ensure a smooth purchasing process. Additional responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, following up with prospects, and contributing to the dealership's overall success. Qualifications Proven sales skills, negotiation abilities, and an understanding of customer needsStrong communication and customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiencesKnowledge of automotive products, financing options, and sales processesAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a strong work ethicPrevious experience in automotive sales or a related field is highly desirableProficiency with CRM tools and other dealership software is an advantageValid driver’s license and ability to maintain a clean driving recordHigh school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or certifications are a plus
