Mechanical Engineer - Experienced
A Technical Integrator is responsible for supporting cross-functional, engineering projects/assignments using their technical background to identify risk, compile data, and drive resolutions.
Technical / Configuration studies / Complex Issue Resolution
Risk / Issue management and Root Cause Corrective Action
Technical coordination of testing and inspection requests
Technical coordination for airplane documents
Technical integration of engineering input to directives
Configuration Management oversight and support for aircraft Program
General project leadership and support

Job Description
10+ years of experience in Aircraft Design and Integrator role
Lead technical integration, develop integrated plans, establish means to measure performance, monitor and enable technical development, execute risk & opportunity management, and manage all aspects of the projects to closure.
Creating, managing and status reporting a Microsoft project schedule (Using MPP) and providing information to various systems on status. Prioritize execution along the critical path.
Airplane Level Integration Team (ALIT) setting the process for engineering operations.
Leads cross-functional projects in support of the entire lifecycle of the airplane in support of the Engineering Team
Lead Change Control Board (CCB) of integration of new engineering changes and trade studies
Understanding of certification processes.
Configuration Management
Transition the program from development to production.
Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited course of study in engineering (Mechanical/Aeronautical/Aerospace)
Proficient utilizing Microsoft Office Suite
Effective communication, organization and team-oriented skills
Experience with Boeing Commercial Aircraft products
