We are looking for a dedicated Safety Teammate and Development Coordinator to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the safety and HR departments, ensuring smooth onboarding processes and maintaining compliance standards. This is a contract-to-permanent position ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Responsibilities:• Coordinate the onboarding process by managing employment documentation and ensuring timely completion.• Maintain accurate employment records, compliance files, and various logs and trackers.• Schedule and organize safety orientations, training sessions, and registrations.• Address onboarding inquiries, process internal job requests, and handle employee referrals.• Verify employment eligibility documents such as I-9s and ensure compliance with company policies.• Input data into company systems and report training hours to the payroll department.• Provide administrative assistance to the safety, HR, and operations teams.• Monitor and manage the submission of documentation and ensure compliance with deadlines.• Support general office functions, including answering inbound calls and managing correspondence.• At least 2–3 years of experience in administrative roles.• Previous experience in HR or safety administration is advantageous but not mandatory.• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.• Excellent organizational and time management skills.• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.• Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus but not required.TalentMatch®Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
