Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to safely maintain, troubleshoot and repair equipment at the Clinton, MO plant.Shift: 6p-6a on the 2,2,3 schedule (train on days 6a-6p for about 2 months before moving to nights)Pay: $22.66-$31.72 depending on experience Essential Duties and Tasks: Positive and collaborative attitude Must follow Good Manufacturing Practices and good housekeeping guidelines. Must follow safety guidelines, wear designated Personal Protective Equipment and meet OSHA safety requirements. Must be able to identify and understand customer requirements. Maintain complete familiarity with production and support equipment. Perform project work as assigned. Responsible for completing all paperwork such as work orders, parts usage sheets and misc. logs as required. Know all safety requirements for Lock Out/Tag Out, Hazard Com. Std. And equipment specific safety procedures. Maintain, troubleshoot and repair equipment. Hazardous waste handline/shipping Skills and Abilities Experience in troubleshooting electrical panels Experience with 480v 3 phase systems, 24v control PLC, relay logic, drive knowledge Ability to read, comprehend and follow complex troubleshooting instructions and identify parts from equipment maintenance manuals. Physically capable of moderate to heavy transferring of objects up to 100 pounds. Must have ability to perform electrical troubleshooting on equipment. Ability to access areas above head levels and work with both hands simultaneously. Ability to receive, comprehend and follow written and verbal instructions. Possess a positive attitude and be able to work without supervision in a team environment. Ability to operate all plant production equipment.
