This opportunity is open to attorneys across multiple practice areas, with a preference for practices that align with employer-side representation and related advisory or litigation work.The ideal candidate will bring a portable book of business of at least $500,000, demonstrate strong client leadership, and be motivated to grow their practice within a collaborative, well-resourced national firm environment.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Representation & Practice LeadershipServe as lead advisor and counsel to clients within your core practice area.Manage sophisticated legal matters, including litigation, counseling, regulatory, or transactional work, depending on specialty.Deliver practical, business-oriented legal solutions tailored to client needs.Maintain high standards of client service, responsiveness, and professional excellence. Business Development & GrowthMaintain and expand a portable book of business of $500,000 or more.Develop new client relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities within the firm's national platform.Collaborate with partners and teams across offices to support client growth and retention.Contribute to the strategic growth of the Memphis office and regional market presence. Firm Leadership & CollaborationMentor and develop associates and junior attorneys.Participate in firm initiatives, practice group development, and knowledge sharing.Support a collaborative culture focused on long-term client relationships and sustainable growth. QualificationsJuris Doctor from an accredited law school.Active Tennessee bar license or eligibility for admission.Minimum of 10+ years of legal experience, including significant partner-level responsibility.Demonstrated portable book of business of $500,000 or more.Strong reputation for client service, legal excellence, and professional integrity.Experience working with employers, businesses, or regulated entities preferred.
