The candidate must have Professional Landscape Architect license, a bachelor's degree in landscape architecture and have at least ten years of related experience, with a strong design background. The candidate must also be self-motivated, work well with others, and have excellent writing, organizational, and communication skills. Typical responsibilities include:\nTypical responsibilities include: Operational:Responsible for project financial performance for multiple projects.Track monthly workload to coordinate staffing needs with the Area Lead and other Project managers and recommend staff changes as neededMentor project managers and staffTake on project manager assignments including responsibility for budget, schedule, quality, and staff managementReview, comment and submit for approval all contracts through internal channels and seek input from Area Lead, as appropriateAccountable for project team delivery, quality, and schedule adherenceEffectively coordinate activities with the Area LeadAccountable for personal performance as a Project Manager/Client ManagerDevelop and be responsible for project and task pricingResponsible for project profitabilityResponsible for timely invoicing and accounts receivable collectionsRecommend training/seminars, memberships, and coordinate with other Area Leads/Senior Project Managers within the market segmentResponsible for Utilization and Projects in TroubleApprove time sheets if a supervisorAccountable for continual technical project approach consistent with Wade Trim standardsSales/Business Development:Responsible for client satisfactionReview proposal scope, pricing, and other contentSolicit input on major pursuits from Area Lead and other key staffAssist with achievement of market segment sales goals, business development and client relationsResponsible for sales efforts, proposal preparation, presentations, and budgetsResponsible for new client contact developmentReview RFPs and lead or support pursuits when assignedCreate the best project teamsAssist with market segment growth initiativesCorporate:Identify and recommend training, seminars, and conferences to MSLSupport the MSL in developing Business Plan goalsMaintain a safe working environmentEducation: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture requiredSkills/Experience: Professional Landscape Architecture License10+ years of related landscape architecture experience10+ years of related landscape architecture management experience\n About Wade Trim:Wade Trim is committed to maximizing the value of infrastructure investments.
