HL32 SmartShelf™ units are coming off the line every month, deploying into branches, and feeding people every day.The role: own the operator experience end to end. From engagement letter to go-live to daily fleet management through the myHOTLOGIC portal. Senior client relationship, deployment success, KPI accountability, and the bridge between operator headquarters and our team in Grand Haven.This is a builder's seat, not a maintenance role. You'll set the playbook for how every future operator joins the platform.Profile we're after:→ 8 to 12 years in foodservice tech, vending, or commercial equipment CS or program management→ A 100+ unit deployment you can point to and say "I owned that"→ Comfortable in a fleet dashboard every day→ Senior enough to peer with VP-level operator counterpartsBased in Grand Haven, MI or willing to spend two weeks a month here.If this is you, or you know who it is, send me a DM.We engineer access. hEAT when you're ready.™
